Joe has over 18 years experience in the fields of architectural design, master planning and urban design. He has extensive experience in the preparation of master plans and concept designs for large scale residential and resort developments throughout Australia and Asia. His sensitive consideration of the local natural and cultural environment results in design outcome which is a harmonious fusion of the natural and built environment with a unique sense of place. His interest in macro scale projects drew his focus towards master planning and urban design where he has developed his expertise. He has implemented innovative and site responsive designs that have enabled clients to exceed the outcomes they envisaged at the start of the process. His goals with each project are to deliver maximum outcome for the client and to create outstanding built environments for the end users whilst ensuring environmental sustainability.

Prior to joining ANS, Joe was an Executive Design Architect with internationally recognized Gold Coast based Australian design firm, DBI where he was a key designer responsible for BOAO Asia Forum’s convention facilities and Sofitel Hotel as well as the Sea Temple chain of Spa Resorts.
